PRECISION MILLING

IDC maintains 3 axis and 4 axis precision mills capable of up to 30,000 RPM. Most of our mills are equipped with Blume Lasers for repeatability and accuracy. IDC produces 0.0001” feature positioning and 0.0001” bores daily for your most demanding work. We work in various materials including Titanium, 13-8 MO, 300 and 400 series Stainless Steel, Inconel and all Aluminum alloys.

STANDARD MILLING

IDC offers numerous milling solutions for your milling needs: from full cell environment for longer production runs to to numerous horizontal and vertical pieces of equipment for job shop applications. We work in almost every class; from standard tolerance items to glass scaled jig-bore classes. We perform micro-work as small as 0.003″ drill sizes to one-hundred pound billet as a starting block. Our machines range from 6,000 to 30,000 RPM to suit all material types and machining needs.
