PRECISELY CONTROLLED TEMPERATURE
We know that even the slightest change in temperature can cause deformation. For parts with extremely complex geometries, the smallest change in shape can make a part unsafe to use. The climate control system in our one-degree room is built to keep all parts within a single degree and in spec.
PRECISION 5-Axis
MAchining Center
Our most accurate machine is the Yasda 5-axis mill for extremely tight tolerances, ideal for high-volume, high-mix runs and 24/7 production.
The Yasda 5-Axis Super Precision Machining Center has positioning accuracies on the rotary axis to one arc second and is equipped with glass scales on all axes, along with a coolant supply system that holds +/- one degree Fahrenheit.

Our one-degree room houses a range of machines and advanced quality checking equipment capable of achieving 0.00005” tolerances.
