Milltronics TT24


IDC has added two new Milltronics vertical machining centers to the list of available resources in the second half of 2012. The first machine, a Milltronics TT24 twin table pallet changing VMC, was added to run production jobs on the off-shifts yet allow the IDC the flexibility to machine short-run and prototype work on first shift.

The TT24 was outfitted with a Nikken 4th axis table to make it more versatile. Other noteworthy features of the TT24 are the 24 horsepower motor, high speed 8200 series CNC control, 1600ipm rapid traverse, 500ipm feed rate, .00015" axis repeatability and a 2000lb workload capacity.

Milltronics VM25


The second machine IDC added to the list of vertical machining centers is a Milltronics VM25. The VM25 is a heavy-duty high-speed machine that features oversized ball screws and linear rails. The 15,000-pound casting affords superior rigidity and damping characteristics for rugged performance and large travel. This machine boasts nearly the same specifications as the TT24, but has a much larger table allowing for 56"x25"x24" workpiece with a maximum weight of 3500lbs. IDC equipped the VM25 with a Nikken 5th axis table for maximum flexibility during machining.

Steven Kubricky, General Manager


Steven Kubricky joined the IDC Team in September 2012. As our IDC General Manager, Steve brings the strengths of an experienced Director of Operations in manufacturing.
